This latest fiasco is not the first time that people who updated Orbi firmware faced horrible problems that sucked their time and energy to the point that they "went back." With my Windows PC and my Linux machines, I regularly update software. With the Orbi, I have learned to "wait and see".

The suggestion was to unplug the router and sat's. It looks to be working. Had stability issues on 6.3.7.5. when I upgraded to 6.3.7.10 I performed the recommended factory reset and power cycle.
