Aah.. Ubon Thai! This is some of the best Thai food I have ever had, and yea, I've had Thai in Bangkok, this stuff is good! I opted for the Pad Thai with shrimp and the spice level at 1.5. I mixed in the nuts and bean sprouts and poured the sauce over it all. The noodles were timed perfectly, the bean sprouts were extremely fresh and crispy.

Noodles were thin Pad Thai style, tomatoes were a very odd texture and basil difficult to taste. The dish was still good, just not what I was hoping for. Limes were excellent, sprouts and cabbage excellent. If I did this again, I would omit the onion and tomatoes and add more basil. Their Pad Thai was really great so I'll get that next for myself.
