Litter robot 3 was working great until last week. (This model is before the app) it started to stop mid-cycle upside down, about 11:00 position, and will blink yellow (about 1 blink per second). So far we have: replaced pinch sensors, sanded down bonnet sensors, soaked entire globe to ensure no trapped litter in clean litter pocket, flexed out ...Blue and Yellow and Red (All 3 lights flashing simultaneously): This means the unit cannot find the Dump or Home position. The unit will not cycle automatically and needs repair. Remove the Internal Shield. If your Litter-Robot was built before February of 2018, you may have an Internal Shield.

Quick question. I got a litter robot 2 for about 2 years. It stop working today. The “empty” and “cycle” bottoms doesn’t work but only reset bottom works and “ready” is flashing blue. If I push the “reset” bottom, “cycling” is flashing yellow in 4 times per sec. The problem didn’t solve after I cleaned up pinch pins. It goes flashing yellow only at night so seems to have something to do with night time. I have shut off the night light and still happens. Of course my concern is the litter box will not function in the dark and say it was cycling and half way thru and i shut the lights it stays like that until the morning and when it is light out.It would just start to cycle-stop than, flashing lights. Okay, that’s what I figured. Usually when rapid yellow appears, so does the flashing blue. You’ll need to get a DFI replacement kit and replace the DFI sensors and the pinch detect terminals.
