I just got an OP7 sheriffs badge with perfect fire rate and ffyl time but a +23.9% damage. God. If that gun had the actual Jakobs fire rate, it would be freakin amazing. Instead, you need all sorts of help to make it decent. Sheriff's badge+kill skill, and even then it has to be ADS firing. Hipfire is absolutely neutered by the horrific recoil. Boards. Yeah 99% of the time you can trust that they are showing the best stat roll but sometimes the parts get a little tricky and 1 ends up wrong. But yeah Sheriff's Badge and Deputy's Badge both have 4 possible grades all same chances.
