Aug 13, 2023 · Rating: 5 of 5 Stars! This rifle is very accurate. I shot a .581 inch group at 100 yards using Remington 250 grain Express PSP, and 1'' or better with several other factory ammo loads. The trigger breaks very crisply at 2.6 pounds and the rifle feels solid in general. The Scout V2 .35 Whelen comes with a 25 inches (heavier calibers) fluted 416 grade stainless steel barrel and a muzzlebrake. Featuring quick-take-down, tools-free disassembly, it's also a great stowaway emergency/survival gun for the camp, boat, or truck. Plus, all SCOUT V2 rifles feature a genuine DuraSight scope rail.
