Pulling the battery and resetting the code only clears things temporarily. It will come back and happen more often because the thermostat will get stuck more. The only fix is to replace the thermostat and housing. $1,400 repair at the dealer. My dealer was well aware of the this issue on Acadia’s and Traverses.
