The 30sf had a slightly smaller grip size, front to rear, then the 30 to help folks with smaller hands, like me, but that was before the gen4 came out. I read somewhere that the 30 Gen4 had the sf frame. If that's correct then that would make the 30 Gen4 exactly the same pistol as the 30sf.

If I could get a 30SF slide/barrel for about $300 it would be worth considering. Although if I could swap my 29SF for the 30SF, I could get the 10mm LW barrel for only $130 to accomplish my objectives.
