Tolstoyans

This text -sometimes referred to as On Madness sometimes as On Insanity - started as a short article on suicide which was first published in Russkoe slovo on March 9, 1910 1. In the spring and summer of 1910, Tolstoy worked on a longer version that was supposed to be titled "O bezumii" ("On Madness" or "On Insanity").
