Unpopular opinion but moonveil is best used on a pure int build. The projectile of the ash of war only scales with int (not dex). You could use it at melee range, so the strike connects with your target (the strike scales with the weapon's AR, so it includes dex) but I'd rather use unsheathe on a keen nagakiba + scholar's armament tbh.Bolt of Gransax. Even the ash scales with your dex. Urumi has the highest scaling with an S at +25. Dragon King Cragblade (I believe) has the highest base damage but is a late-game weapon.
