Had to clean out Carburetor as the starter jet and slow jet were stopped up. Also replaced the float pin and reset to 17mm. Now runs but has no power, top end speed is 29 mph. I can put the switch button in 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive and it keeps on making the same sound.
