Player stamina should be 0-100. It should obviously decrease throughout the course of the game at a realistic rate. Auto subs should sub out at whatever number is selcted for out and back in at whatever number is selected for in. I think that is how it is supposed to act anyway but players never seem to sub out.
I haven't come up with persoanl sub settings yet as I'm still messing around with sliders & IQ, but no doubt the default setting is garbage! I rarely see any substitutions and I run a ball-control style of offense. CB auto subs setting is much lower than the WR or RB auto subs because they're not substituted "as much" as the WRs and RBs. WRs and RBs are about every 3 plays and CBs are maybe every 6-8 plays. WRs and RBs stay out for about 2-3 plays while CBs Or Safeties are out for 1-2 plays.
