Members IRR are trained Soldiers who may be called upon, if needed, to replace Soldiers in active duty and Army Reserve units. Scholarship winners must serve for four years along with 4 years in IRR. Non-scholarship Cadets who enroll in the ROTC Advanced Course must serve for three years and 5 years IRR..
