I called up the dealership and complained. They agreed to fix it for $170, saying they would give a little and get JD to give a little. Said it was a well known problem and they could fix it with no parts. First, remove the bed. You will need a metric set of wrenches. Then a 1/4" drive metric socket set helps a lot as does having a good supply of 1/4" extensions and a universal joint.
