You should work up you own powder charges anyways, but in my 7-08 I've always started a grain or two below published data. Mine is a Rem 700 Mountain Rifle with a B&C stock. 22" factory barrel. Win brass for all loads. May 19, 2014 · Nosler's website lists 7mm-08 with RL19. Best thing to do is to work up for YOUR gun. RL19 tends to be a pretty fluffy powder so expect compressed loads. If it were me, based on BC of bullets I would go with 160-175 grain bullets, leaning toward 160. Not the answer you were looking for I know, sorry.
