95 YJ fuel pressure regulator. I recently purchased the jeep and had to replace the fuel pump and assembly, which has now caused the jeep to run bad. I have scanned and trouble shot it and have discovered the return fuel line is capped off. The feeder line ties into the end of the fuel rail, but the return is capped off.Heated them with a heat gun to bend them to shape and install the new Dorman quick disconnects. The pressure line has a 5/16” quick disconnect and the return is an odd 3/8” quick disconnect that steps down to a 5/16” line. The rubber lines were replaced with 5/16” fuel injection hose and fuel injection clamps.The return line also should be on the top side of the filter, above the carb line to prevent gas siphoning back to the tank when it sits, making for long cold starts.
