Sep 29, 2021. #1. I'm running SDRTrunk v.5 alpha 6 on Windows 10 using 2 RTL dongles to listen to CLMRN. Has been great for months. All of a sudden now - the system goes Idle every few days. Restarting SDRTrunk fixes it, but annoying to do this and I have to always check if it's back in Idle mode. Specifically I'm listening to site - Troop L ...CSPERN is a legit system, CSERN is not. The CT Statewide P25 system is called Connecticut Land Mobile Radio Network (CLMRN). CSPERN is not part of the Statewide Trunk System, but is a stand alone analog 800MHz system. SPAN is another Statewide resource but is simply a talkgroup on the CLMRN system.I was picking up New Britain on CLMRN when they made the switch until they changed the TG's in the New Britain site later that day. All I had to do was change the TG's on the New Britain site and I pick them up just like the old system. They sound exactly the same as before. They signed to a 4 year term to use CLMRN.

Same for me, but DSDPlus may not be able to tell all calls are encrypted. it depends on the header and type of information. It may not be updated to fully display this correctly for CLMRN. Yeah...
