The Cobalt won't crank, the cel never illuminates, power steering message, no power to pcm/ecm fuse under hood. No door chime. Radio and interior lights work fine (except front speakers of course) I have verified 12v and 5v at the ignition switch. Oct 28, 2016 · Left my 2nd destination and car shut off at 40 mph or so. I coasted and tried to restart. Nothing happened. No click, nothing from starter. All acessories work tho. Took to mechanic. Obd2 port gets power but pcm isn't showing up on his scanner. There also is no power going to pcm fuse. Checked g103 ground that grounds pcm. You can either run without DRL or replace the underhood fuse block. You could always get one from a salvage yard. I left the 4 fuses in while removing the DRL fuse and the lights went out.
