From a poor installation job to a poor customer experience when calling for support, it's been on par with Comcast. In my area, Comcast 600 Mbps is $50/month, vs i3's 500Mbps for $65.Accept All. i3 supplies gigabit broadband as well as video and voice services to residential and commercial customers in Central Illinois. Service has been rock stable besides just one PLANNED outage in the middle of the night for equipment upgrades that was announced well in advance. i3 has not implemented IPv6 yet, so your system will be solely IPv4.
