I have had 3 techs out in the last 20 days. They have replaced the line from the pole to my house. They have replaced the splitter to my cable/modem box twice. RDK-03004. -First, we loose connectivity. We go through every trouble shooting step. We deal with Comcast’s horrible chat feature and get nowhere.
