The game speed is different. Pro plays at realistic levels, all-pro is sped up a bit and all-madden the players are in fast forward. Defensive players react slower in pro. Honestly if you are interested in a realistic sim then pro is the way to go. I have a franchise going right now in which I only do cpu vs cpu games.
