I have a kenworth 2016 t680 with a cab blower motor issue. The blower motor will cut off for a minute then start back up. And it will do this 4 to 5 times before it stays on. It will do this every time the truck starts up after a 3 hr no run. I changed the blower motor thinking it might be shorting. That didn't work.
I am going to be ordering a new T680 and was originally going to get a Thermo King APU installed but I was wondering if anyone has a truck with the kenworth factory installed battery apu.? If so do you like it and how does it compare to a diesel powered apu? Is that all it provides, is heat/air to the sleeper? Any info would be appreciated.

My Kenworth has no heat cab or sleeper. Dash switch seems to work I get ice cold A/C and not so cold air on the hot side. Checked fuses and relays all seem fine. Coolant level is full. I did notice coolant lines on passenger side of engine are cold. No leaks to point me towards heater core. Any ideas or suggestions on where to look next.
