This follows the same rules as normal gems. If you mean your class gem, then it wouldnt make any sense to me. Ye I mean the regular empowered gems.

For a guaranteed stellar, you can combine fragments you get from loot collecting ones you don't want at the adventurer's crafting bench.
Save this gem for leveling magic damage classes, and save your reroll resources for stronger gems.
