The load my rifle likes the best is 30.0 GR on top of Rem 7 1/2 primers in either Winchester or Hornaday brass. Sierra lists the 65 and 63 grain bullets together in the same table sharing the same data. Hodgdon's website has a load for .223 for the Sierra 63 grain SP.
