It means other time shader are scanned or playing in-game, multi-threading tech is not used. Maybe subject to change in the future versions of cemu, however, it should not affect to keep this FPS-Technique activated. So I have read a bunch of posts and I see that there are two mods - fps++ and static fps I'm confused at what to choose because some comments say that you need to run the fps to be able to lock it and other comments saying that it's better than the fps++ mod. And the posts are also a couple of months old. My laptop only gives me 5-10 fps. The game should never be half speed at 30 FPS. You don’t have this set up right. Post your log.txt. There's no reason to play BOTW via Switch emulation. The Wii U version is effectively identical and runs like a dream on CEMU. You can run at whatever resolution and framerate you like with enhanced visuals on fairly modest graphics hardware.

I actually have the Static FPS version of FPS++ turned on but when I set it to the 60 FPS preset, the game plays in slow motion. I might try the dynamic version of the FPS++ pack but I don't have high hopes as I had to switch to the static version for a reason (low FPS)
