Personally, if kid free is a priority, I'd look at the SLS or Rosewood at Baha Mar. Less kids there, though the public areas (for the most part) are open to all Baha Mar guests staying at any of the 3 properties (Hyatt, SLS and Rosewood) Baha Mar offers a lot of good restaurant choices as well as casino. Nightlife is there, but not prolific.
