Jan 11, 2024 · It's been over 6 months and ATT still hasn't fixed my issue. I recently bought a new phone a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and active armor won't work on it either. I was told the issue was because my phone number was ported from a different carrier. I get that but my calls are getting blocked by ATT and I have no way to access the block list. I accidentally deleted the active armor app so I reinstalled it and now it won't stop giving me a notification that says "everything is okay!". I turned the relevant notification off in the settings. It is fully updated and I already forced stop and cleared cache.

Since I pay extra for "ActiveArmor Internet Security", the "Smart Home Manager" app allows me to enable profile securities that block porn and specified sites. But enabling those settings do not work. From my HOME internet service I can still access the sites I blocked. I am paying extra for this service to work. I would LOVE for it to work.
