Do you mean the glitch where you try to bring up your pip-boy and nothing happens? That one is easily solved by switching from 1st to 3rd and back (or vice-versa). Used a stealth boy, wore off, invisible did not go away. Do not have ANY chamelon armor. Tried to "reset" by using another stealth boy but didnt work.
