I took my NCLEX-RN today. I got the email on my way home, I did the trick once I got home (about 30 minutes after leaving the testing center) and I got the good pop up. I just did the trick again (roughly 3 hours after finishing) and got the good pop up again. Fingers crossed this is a good sign.

However, I found out I passed today and I did do the Pearson Vue trick and I got the good pop up every time, so it's a pretty good indicator.
