You'll get a percentage higher than the highest (base) paid craft employee's rate in that office, I think. Can't remember what the percentage is, though. Something like 5 or 15. 5% over your base pay as a 204b. 5% over the highest (same) craft employee as a promoted supervisor. When you make career they take tons of things out of your paycheck.
