At that time there were only 4.6 million members of the church. So there were 14 new children per 1K members compared to only 3.9 new children per 1K members in 2020. In recent years the rate of new children was only ranged from 5–8 per 1K members. The downward trend of LDS fecundity is very interesting.Inspiration.
