Rattling starts when you have ac on and will stop when you accelerate or turn ac off. Seems to get louder when you move from park to drive. AC still works fine. Think it maybe the ac clutch.

The wires in the harness are subject to flexing and failure. One of them is the feedback position for 'locked', connected to the controller in the driver's door.
