I don't know how else to say this, but upon exiting the Doctor's Office on my first time playing this game, i am stuck in third person with no way to revert. This is the exact same bug that made me quit Oblivion. No amount of mouse scrolling, pressing F, or typing enableplayercontrols in the console is helping me any. So I just had this happen to me where the animations for all weapons (Vanilla, DLC, and modded) suddenly became broken. Weapons in both POVs are completely off kilter and whenever I shoot the bullets go where the gun is pointing and not where the cross hairs are.
