I recently had a terrible experience with US Interstate and Rail Long Distance Moving Company. I cancelled their services within 48 hours of hiring them. Per their contract, they will keep 20% fee and take up to 60 days to receive my refund. As the 60-day mark approached, I still had not received my refund from the company.
