I'm in Madden 24 franchise mode, I just finished the NFC championship game, and for a weeks now, my starters would come on the field for the first play, but then never come out again. Only starter QB stays in. I've tried turning the fatigue slider all the down, and re-ordering my depth chart, but only my second string will play.TIP/GUIDE. I have to assume someone else figured this out already but on the off chance no one has here is a viable work around for the “disappearing great players” glitch in Madden 22 franchise mode. Go into auto subs. Change auto subs from 60/80 to 60/65. My hypothesis was that over worked players (who would mostly be your star players ...Take a look at Auto Subs, as this can be a big possible culprit for starters not playing in Madden 24. If you're worried, you can try cranking Sub Out all the way to zero for every position, but some players saw success by dropping Sub Out to 40 or 50 and Sub In to 60 or 65 (with the exception of QB with Sub Out at 0 and Sub In at 1.

During weekly strategy workout your backups or split reps. The only way around it is to sim the first playoff game, it will play your starters, and if you're lucky enough to win, by the second playoff game they should also play. This is why Madden needs to specify edge rushers from linebackers. 3-4 OLBs are edge rushers who sometimes cover a flat. They are not linebackers who sometimes rush the quarterback.
