Gmc yukon fan won't turn off
Nov 30, 2011 · As the cycling switch open and closes the pcm sees that and turns relay on and off accordingly. It is the relay control grounding circuit on your pcm that appears to have shorted it transistor cuasing a constant ground allowing the fused 12v feed to the relay to allow it to be on all the time. Yes, am connected to my home Wi-Fi. I have to drop a friend off at the airport tonight, that’s if my battery isn’t dead by then. I manually turned the radio and lights off but no idea what else may be running/draining the battery, and will try it connected to my phone hotspot on that drive since it will be about an hour with the car in the whole time.

All fans began running (temp gauge at zero, fans ran when vehicle was turned off and continued to run when restarted) I have 166k miles. You'll have to charge the system and make sure the compressor functions properly. Then, check for leaks. Heater hose was hot. Pulled code P0128, turned out to be the thermostat. J.The wiring diagram for my '07 shows a DRL relay in the underhood fuse block. The relay is ground side switched by the computer. Assuming yours is similar, I would pull that relay and see if it has trouble opening, or check for a short to ground between the relay and the computer. It's the same switch that turns on the dome light so if your dome light doesn't turn on with the door open the switch is bad.
