Feb 24, 2023 · Power builds just suffer too hard from going hybrid. Power builds need 3 stats to function properly, condi only 2. For cele to work you need a build that benefits from most stats. Vindi does close to 0 condi damage so the expertise and condi dmg on it are wasted. Healing power is also wasted. In raiding you have 2 different good healers, 2 supporter builds and 2 good dps builds with a new maybe really strong dps build emerging with the next patch PvP the Herald specc was strong for a WHILE now and is still dominating. Likewise you can roam really well on revenant in WvW. Even in largescale there is builds to play for big damage.
