As many others who have taken the NGN have mentioned, NCLEX questions are extremely vague in comparison to some study materials out there, particularly UWorld. Speaking of UWorld, I used about 70% of the QBank with varying practice test scores between 40-70%.Here are the steps to retake the NCLEX®, straight from the NCSBN: Contact your BON/RB and notify them that you plan to retake the exam. Determine what fees or materials you need to submit to the BON/RB. Re-register with Pearson VUE and pay the fee. Wait to receive your new (Authorization to Test) ATT email. Schedule your new exam.

I feel as though I was either completely awesome and 85 Q's was enough or did terribly and an extra 100 Q's couldn't even save me! In 30 days that is just 40 practice questions a day. As the test was approaching though, I started doing about 70-100 questions a day. Except for the day before the exam.
