I also made a 75 on the pre Naplex a few weeks ago and just took the real thing today. I've heard most people do better on the actual test do hopefully that's the case. Took exam on Saturday - took 5 hours and 58 minutes. NABP finally retrieved and processed e-transcript, Monday after exam. I took the Naplex in August 2020, spent only about a day and a half practicing math problems (big mistake!). Got a 73 on the pre-Naplex, so I felt “somewhat” ready, however on the real exam I was completely lost with the math.
