Adopt failed unifi

Only way to fix was to ssh onto the devices - factory reset - forget the devices on the controller and then re-adopt. This is the only way to fix this and I find it disgusting Ubiquiti haven't been able to fix this bug. A quick good search of Adoption failed shows loads of people having the same issue within the past 7 days..
