You can’t collect all the orchids before you do the exotics mission. Pretty sure you can get everything but 1 orchid per mission, that last one spawns when you start each mission. Eg for exotics 1 you need 15 lady of the night orchids. Only 14 will spawn before the mission starts. No limits on plumes though.
