Grilled Lamb Chops are fire-grilled on the bone, served with garlic mashed potatoes, and ready for the taking. I hate that I was only able to order the lamb chops once before they went away. I so love them. I think they should be a regular menu item or at least more than once a year. Longhorn Steakhouse think about it.A ribeye sandwich with fries and cowboy pork chops with a salad and loaded sweet potato for our entrees. Everything was pretty good. I was however surprised by the pork chops .I didn't expect much but it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The loaded sweet potato was yummy as well. Oh, and their complimentary bread was pretty good as well.
