What we’re about. Community Mindfulness Project is a secular meditation group, dedicated to the study and practice of a variety of mindfulness and heart-opening practices, based in New Canaan, CT. We welcome new meditators and those with an established practice in any tradition.

Meditation has been shown to offer serious benefits to those who practice it. And diligence, even vigilance, can help make sure our time spent meditating yields those positive results.Mid-Week Burnout Busters for non-profit and front-line workers each Wednesday from 9:15- 9:30 AM. These short 15-minute mini mindfulness sessions provide mindfulness and meditation opportunities are are designed specifically to help combat mental and emotional stress, are all based on neuroscience, and are quickly and easily accessible by phone or zoom.
