I did this for like 6 weeks, about 25-30hr/week. Then, I did only AAMC material (+Anki and 86 page P/S) for the 2-3 weeks leading up to the exam (about 25-30hr/week).

It's doable, but definitely devote a few hours a day to it. At it's peak, I think I did around 700-800 cards (reviews) in one day.
