I've been using the plasma caster and it very much feels like a vats gun, the gun has a lot of bloom and because it's semi auto that really can suck when 30% of your shots miss because the game decided to fire your shot just a little bit too much to the left. My roll has 33% bonus vats hit chance on it and it really makes the gun better to use.Instigating 50 crit 25lvc would do pretty much infinite one shots on anything but a boss. I wouldn't recommended instigating as a bloodied or AA one 1 shots all small mobs so it would be a waste. AA is probably better Than 10% base. V25 probably since you are a tank build but I believe vampires will be nerfed.…
