The mapping app Unifi gives you (which it appears you're using) sucks and doesn't give good real-world coverage results. Don't forget the APs will give coverage vertically. The best idea is to have two APs and move that Bedroom 4 straight up so it ha line of sight to Den, Bedroom 3, and Bedroom 4.
