Buy the THQ (and Gladiator NXT) now. Wait for the THQ to come out with the WWII model. Screw all that and wait for the TECs throttle. I'm planning on playing space sims (mostly Freespace 2, I grew up on that game) and DCS, and more casual games like ace combat and Star Wars Squadrons. I have a VR headset so I'm not looking to add head tracking.The VKB TECS is (by design) not really great for DCS level combat jets (especially ones with even somewhat modern control layouts). It is better to get even the T.16000m because at least then you will have a logical hat/switch/button layout. Will the winwing throttle work with a VKB gladiator joystick?

But there is a close, and rather cheap standalone knockoff of the Saitek throttle around called Titanwolf. Doesn’t have the display though. ….
