On pc there isn't craftable flawless armor/weapons anymore. But Vanir light and medium are both grit armors. And khitan light armor is also grit if you have that dlc. You still need a named thrall to get the +2 stat bonuses on the armor though. But there is no difference in the name now. Fairly certain Vanir Armor gives grit.
