You should immediately see an improvement. The Deck will undoubtedly give you a smoother experience, staying at a near-locked 40fps, compared to original hardware, which maxes out at 30fps with some drops in certain scenarios. That said, the OLED screen is undoubtedly better than the Deck's, and there's always the "it just works" factor of original hardware.My quick take: yes CEMU is more mature but it also happens to just run better on the deck compared to YUZU.
