She was born on August 2, 1924 in Rockingham County to the late William McKinley Mitchell and Katherine Lelia Hall Mitchell. Norma was the wife of 55 years to the late Kemp McKinley Loy, Sr. who died in 1996. Lynn passed away on February 19, 2022, at her home in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 75 years, 4 months and 5 days.
