Agree with the other points, but Ember is still really good for high level grineer content. She has 100% armor strip and she can ragdoll and burn enemies (2 types of CC). She can also get a lot of energy regen with her augment Exothermic, especially paired with Energize. Mind you, if you e.g. use radiation against alloy you won't usually need to strip, as you ignore 75% of the armour anyway. On top of dealing 75% more damage (and the latter is lost if you strip all armour, so you may even do less damage afaIk). Terrify is arguably the best armor strip since you can full strip with only ~167% strength. Very good for equinox since you're already building for range and efficiency, so with the help of archon shards/molt augmented, it's easy to hit. Corrosive projection also stacks with it, meaning you only need somewhere around ~145%, can't remember exactly. …
